Tenants
To secure the property you are interested in you will be required to pay an administrative charge which varies according to the number of adults applying.
Your fee is non-refundable and covers some of the cost of getting you into the property. To rent property you must be in full time employment and be able to provide references including a credit check. You must attend the office for interview when we also run through all aspects of the proposed tenancy. We will move you into the property Monday to Friday during the hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm.
