The people in our business with a combined experience in excess of 20 years are the most important element, many of whom have been with us since the early days. All of our staff are either qualified ARLA members or enrolled on a structured training scheme to obtain industry specific qualifications. This ensures a high level of technical knowledge, which is far too often rarely found. As licensed members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, professionalism and integrity are our highest priorities.

Jeremy McGinn FNAEA
Managing Director

Jeremy has worked in estate agency for all his working life and considers himself extremely fortunate to thoroughly enjoy his work. Jeremy has been a member of Stratford Rugby Club for 25 years and sport is a big part of his life. Jeremy is proud to be a Licensed Member of The National Association of Estate Agents where professionalism is of paramount importance.

Steven Woodley MARLA
Lettings & Block Management Director

Steven is our lettings director and head of department. As a landlord himself, and having been a property professional since 1999, he can call on a wealth of experience when dealing with the numerous and varied issues that arise in this often complex industry. Steven joined the company in July 2010 and is our principal Association of Residential Lettings Agents member (ARLA).

Katie Fitzgerald MARLA
Lettings & Block Management Manager

Katie joined Securelets in August 2013. She has achieved NVQ Level 3 in Residential Letting & Property Management in September 2015 and is now currently studying for her NVQ Level 4 in Residential Letting & Property Management, as well as a Diploma in Business & Administration. She has also been a member of ALRA since 2015.

Natalie McGahan MARLA
Accounts Manager

Natalie joined Securelets in October 2013. Her substantial customer service experience gained during her time at Solicitors Regulation Authority and her NVQ Level 3 in Residential Letting & Property Management both further her considerable knowledge of the Property Industry and is now studying towards her Level 4. Natalie is an ARLA member. Natalie also deals with the day to day financial transactions, having previously worked in accountancy.

Scott French MARLA
Lettings & Block Management Negotiator

Scott joined the company in April 2017 and has a wealth of Sales & Lettings knowledge after working in the industry for 6 years. During this time, he has gained NVQ Level 3’s in both Sales & Lettings and is a member of ARLA.

Roberta Cooper-Evans BA (HONS)
Lettings & Block Management Negotiator

Roberta joined the company in November 2017 after graduating from Cheltenham University. She is currently studying towards her NVQ Level 3 in Residential Letting & Property Management, and once completed she can apply to be a member of ARLA.
