Although we have close links with estate agents in the area we do not sell houses and so are free to concentrate fully on the daily tasks of letting and managing properties. 

We pride ourselves on being different to other High Street letting agents. Some of these offer one-fits-all approach by offering only two or three packages; where you probably deal with a different staff member each time you ring or go into the office; where there is usually a continual turnover of staff so no one quite understands your preferences and needs; where often calls are not returned promptly and where there are usually many hidden charges in very small print.
